Every time we release a podcast, we hope it starts a conversation.
Recently, one of our episodes did exactly that.

Instead of letting those comments sit unanswered, we decided to respond.
Why We Made a Reaction Episode
At Best Body Shop, our mission has never been to argue with other shops.
Our mission is to educate consumers.
Most people only experience collision repair a handful of times in their lives. That means they often have to make important decisions without fully understanding the repair process or the options available to them.
The discussion in our comments gave us an opportunity to explain why we make the decisions we do.
