LEAD BODY TECH (POSITION FILLED):
The Lead Body Tech should possess the necessary skills to perform tasks such as metal repairs, frame pulling, fill and sand, R&I, repair and replace. Be an industry leader in metal straightening, plastic repair, structural repair and welding.
LEAD PAINTER (OPEN POSITION ):
The Lead Painter is responsible for all masking, prepping and painting done here at the shop. They must be organized and maintain a positive attitude at all times while giving their utmost attention to the quality of the repair.
PREPPER (OPEN POSITION ):
The Prepper will be responsible for prepping out all parts before taking over to the paint shop. They will be proficient in masking up vehicles and preparing them for the painter. They must also know how to mix and tint colors and be familiar with the PPG line of paint.
DETAILER (OPEN POSITION ):
The Gatekeeper / Detailer should possess basic masking and prepping skills. They must have some experience in car detailing and shop upkeep. This will be a growing/expanding position. They must have the desire to expand their knowledge well beyond the basics that are required for this position.
ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY TECH (OPEN POSITION ):
The Assembly and Disassembly Tech will be responsible for removal of all parts of a vehicle that are required to be removed in order to start repairs. They will be proficient and familiar with all parts of the vehicle and be able to identify them when we are ready to create a damage analysis.
Collision Advisor (OPEN POSITION ):
The Collision Advisor should possess strong customer relationship skills. They must have good and clear communication when speaking to customers either over the phone or in person. They must know how to be patient when necessary. They must be computer savvy and able to navigate through Microsoft office with ease. Experience with estimating software a HUGE PLUS. Basic auto body experience a HUGE PLUS. Must possess sales abilities
Financial Controller (POSITION FILLED):
The Financial Controller should possess the necessary skills to perform tasks such as managing all finance and accounting operations, coordinating and directing prep of budget/financial forecasts, and preparing timely monthly financial statements.
